　　靜電粉末涂裝生產(chǎn)線配備了一套自動(dòng)噴粉裝置和二套目前國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的旋風(fēng)式靜電粉末回收系統(tǒng)及活性炭廢氣吸附裝置。最大加工工件可達(dá)長(zhǎng)2.7m，高1.6m，厚0.85m，能滿足您對(duì)金屬工件的靜電粉末涂裝需求。

　　與靜電粉末涂裝生產(chǎn)線配套的金屬表面處理裝備有通過(guò)式拋丸機(jī)、步進(jìn)式拋丸機(jī)、吊鉤式拋丸機(jī)和履帶式拋丸機(jī)能滿足長(zhǎng)2.7m，高1.6m，寬0.85m的金屬部件表面處理要求；對(duì)薄壁金屬部件的表面處理榮林機(jī)械裝備了一條常溫鐵系磷化生產(chǎn)線，磷化生產(chǎn)線能滿足長(zhǎng)2.5m，高1.2m薄壁金屬部件的表面磷化處理。磷化生產(chǎn)線還裝備了一套完備的污水處理裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)了廢水經(jīng)處理后循環(huán)再利用。

The electrostatic powder coating production line is equipped with a set of automatic powder spraying device and two sets of the most advanced cyclone electrostatic powder recovery system and activated carbon waste gas adsorption device in China. the maximum processing work piece can reach a length of 2.7m, a height of 1.6m, and a thickness of 0.85m, which can meet your electrostatic powder coating needs for metal work pieces.

The metal surface treatment equipment include a pass-through shot blasting machine, a step shot blasting machine, a hook shot blasting machine and a track shot blasting machine that can meet the surface treatment requirements of metal parts with a maximum size of 2.7 m long, 1.6 m tall and 0.85 m wide. The surface treatment of thin-walled metal parts, Longlife Machinery is equipped with a constant-temperature iron phosphating production line, which can sever the thin-walled metal parts with a maximum length of 2.5m and a height of 1.2m for the surface phosphating treatment. The phosphating production line is also equipped with a complete set of sewage treatment devices to recycle waste-water after treatment. 

Longlife Machinery Electrostatic Powder Coating Production Line has an annual production capacity of 7200 tons.
